Unfortunately, there’s the perception that wealth, in any form, comes from the outside, having little to do with your health and well being. But it is incorrect.
Living your life from the inside out, is what gives you access to what is really needed, to do what you’re here on this planet to do and be.
Wellth depends upon you, making you the priority. Having routines and activities that support, enhance, and nourish your wellness are key, and it doesn’t work if you leave it up to chance or at the end of your To Do list.
During the last 6 weeks or more, I changed my morning routine, immediately starting my day attending to work related issues. Then, last week, I smacked into a wall. I hadn’t eaten all day and I was UBER multitasking, which led me to becoming extremely overwhelmed. As fear continued to grow, I physically felt it, something I never experienced before. Quickly, I reached out to a friend who helped me tremendously.
Looking back at my perfect storm, I realized one huge contributing factor was continuing to hop out of bed and going to work almost immediately, without taking care of me. I no longer had reserves to tap into as I tapped out.
Since then, I’ve been making changes. I can’t go at things the way I have and build my wellth, which I rely upon to finance, so to speak, my work and my life. I’m making my health and wellness, me, my priority and I’m noticing the difference.
If you realize changes are needed to increase your wellth but aren’t sure what to do or where to start, let’s talk. You can start the process right now by clicking on this link, go to the Discovery Session icon, click on it, and schedule your free 30-minute phone consultation.
If not now, when? If not you, who?
