Perhaps like you, I’ve been asking myself, how much longer am I going to wait to say ‘yes’ to what I need, so I have more of what I want---more energy, less inner stress, as well as even better health and wellness. I know none of this can happen without action, but action isn’t the birthplace of change.
I hear people say they know they are capable, smart, and have the ability to accomplish their goals but a nagging voice in their head makes them feel they really aren’t, that they really can’t. This duality, this struggle, is what stops people from being in action, consistently doing what they need to do.
