The Lotus Foot popped into my thoughts the other day while I was talking (and crying) with a friend as I was having a meltdown.
And just like the Lotus Foot, I, too, was bound and in pain.
So many feelings and thoughts welled up in me, and with my friend’s support and listening, I was able to navigate through huge choppy waters into calmer ones. Once I could move through the pain and sadness I had been so immersed in, it was then that I saw my perceptions and inner reactions to them were the cause.
This didn’t happen in a few minutes, but when it did, I felt such relief. It was then that I became unbound. Now I could tap into a broader view of things, including my life, the changes I’ve made, and the choices I’m making. When I became unbound, I was filled with a sense of being in the right place, living my purpose (which for me is through my work), and grateful.
Will I ever get bound again? YES! Does that mean something’s wrong? YES, but not in the way you might think. When this happens, it means you’ve come up against perceptions and ways of being that do not serve you or your life, that you’re being invited to change and transform them!
So, are you ready to be unbound? Are you ready to live with more freedom and ease, how about joy? Found out how the work that I do might be what you’ve been looking for. But this won’t happen without your effort – click here (simple enough!) to set up your private complimentary phone consultation.
Here’s to being UNBOUND!
