2. Perhaps you're looking at a change that is necessary for your health and well being. The question isn't about the change or intervention, the question is - what quality of living do you want to have AND are you willing to do what's needed to have it?
3. What supports do you need to make these changes? Think of a bridge and how many different support beams it needs to span its distance. People are no different.
